We know you're excited to get those adorable new pieces to your kids and tweens and we're just as eager to get them there! Here's everything you need to know about domestic shipping.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons and sales, please allow up to 3 business days.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Free on all orders

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $9.99

Overnight Shipping (next business day) — $19.99

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Something Not Right? If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, we're here to help. Reach out to our customer care team at lyzrfashion@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

We want you and your mini fashionistas to love every piece! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help make it right.

Our Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds.

To Be Eligible for a Return, Items Must Be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, and pet hair

  • In their original condition with tags still attached

How to Start a Return Reach out to our customer care team at lyzrfashion@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges Want a different size or color? We'll do our best to get you exactly what you need. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Store Credit Store credit will be issued via email once your return is received and inspected. Credit never expires, so you can use it whenever your next favorite piece catches your eye!

Final Sale Items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, so please double-check sizing before purchasing. Our size guide is always there to help!

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

damaged or faulty goods

We take great pride in the quality of our clothing, but we understand that occasionally things don't arrive in perfect condition. If this happens, we sincerely apologize and we'll do everything we can to fix it quickly.

What Counts as Damaged or Faulty? This includes items that arrive with manufacturing defects, broken fastenings, faulty stitching, or damage that occurred during transit.

What to Do Contact our customer care team at lyzrfashion@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the fault or damage

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

What Happens Next? Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll offer you one of the following resolutions depending on availability:

  • A replacement of the same item

  • An exchange for an alternative item

  • Store credit to the full value of the item

Return Shipping for Faulty Items You will never be asked to cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or faulty. We'll provide a prepaid return label once your claim has been approved.

A Note on Sizing Please note that items ordered in the wrong size do not fall under our damaged or faulty policy. For those situations, our standard returns process applies.
